Caigeann
Mór
seascape No. 1 – The caigeann
effectively begins on the extreme left
of the image in the cleft that descends to the right along the
waterline, then
sweeps upwards to the right into the great cleft that bisects Beinn
nan
Capull, centre, and Cruach na Seilcheig, right. The
cleft is
of course the previously described An Eag, with Uirigh nan
Crann being
the opposing sunlit portion of the topographic feature. The rock
outcrop on the
extreme right foreground of this image is known as Aoineadh Laogh,
while
the area above is a part of the Creag a’ Mhàis. This
image was
obtained from the west looking from the outer limit of Bàgh Uamh
Mhòr.
