Challuim-chille Chapel – (The) chapel (of) St. Columba. 6090 8225
Challuim-chille Chapel No. 1 – A view from the west of the chapel, which was quite likely an early medieval construction superimposed over an earlier Christian cell. The trees and low cliff line in the distance contain the Tobar Challuim-chille as well as the Uamh Sàor an Tobar, or “holy man’s cave and well”, thus showing a concentrated long term religious use.
