Cnoc Tallir - (The) watchtower peak; Mcarthur (1986) translates as "tailor's hill".   MacLeod agrees with McArthur translation, however, since this hill contains the ruins of a dún, it is much more likely that the Dwelly translation is more apt in this instance.  6650 9110
