Feith a’ Chaorainn (eilean) No. 1 – A view from the east looking down across the Na Sgulain from the summit of Sgorr Mhór to the Bàgh Feith a’ Chaorainn, which is to the right of centre in this image. The eilean of Feith a’ Chaorainn is indiscriminately marked on the current Ordnance Survey map and so may refer to the rocks that are submerged at high tide, then form a rocky islet upon the return of low tide. Glengarrisdale Bay is the next bay west, which is to the left of centre as seen here. The high ground above Glengarrisdale Bay is known as Aird Rachdaig.
